Scully Recipe – Swiss Chocolate Balls

½ Pint of Cream
½ Cup Granulated Sugar
¾ Tablespoons of Flour
1lb Semisweet Chocolate
2 Cups finely Chopped Walnuts
Few drops of Vanilla Extract

Yield: 20-30 balls

Mix ½ cream with flour. Cook in double boiler to a thick paste. Add sugar. Remove from stove. Add remainder of cream. Melt the chocolate (also in a double boiler). When both are cool, mix and keep stirring until smooth (OK to use a mixer). Put in refrigerator. Chill thoroughly. Roll into 1 tablespoon size balls. Roll round and coat with finely chopped walnuts
