I’ve been working here since 2018 as a host, server, and food runner.

Where are you from?

I’m from Asheville.

What’s your sign?

I’m a Sagittarius.

Are you a dog or cat person?

Cat person.

What do you like to do for fun?

Painting and spending time outside 

What’s something on your bucket list?

I’d like to travel to 123 countries.

What’s your favorite dish here?

The Tuna Tataki.

What’s your favorite kind of music?

I love EDM or old western country like Marty Robbin’s.

What’s a fun fact about you?

I spent the last year living in and traveling New Zealand.

Do you have any long term hopes and dreams?

I’d like to live outside of the US someday. I’m not sure where or when but I’ll make it happen.

We take pride in sourcing products from local growers, ranchers, cheese makers, and dairies. Everything is made in house - from hand-cut french fries to ice cream from scratch, to pickled local veggies.
