At Chestnut, “Craft Cocktail” means this!

We conceptualize the sip of a drink through the marriage of our knowledge, tastes, and imagination.

We assemble the parts using all of our in house resources including our own gardens that provide us with fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs, and we strive to make all ingredients from scratch, from bitters and elixirs to syrups and shrubs.

We test and taste, again and again, until we are confident we are bringing our guests the manifestation of our original intent, a union between spirit and ingredients that won’t soon be forgotten.

That’s a Chestnut Craft Cocktail.

One of our most popular cocktails, which premiered last summer (2017) is called Hummingbird (above image)

Recipe:

  1. 1.5 oz. Cathead Honey Suckle Vodka
  2. 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
  3. 0.5 oz. Honey Simple
  4. 18-20 Japanese Chili & Lime Bitters
Our summer cocktail list will debut on Friday, June 22! Check it out HERE.
