Bordeaux Wine Dinner

Six of Bordeaux’s best with menu curated by Executive Chef Brian Crow. French Wine Specialist and Importer Jean-Christian Rostagni will lead us through the pairings.


Cost is $225 per person to include food, wine, tax and gratuity.

Paired with ~ 2020 Chateau Coulonge, Marceau

SECOND COURSE.... Foie Gras Torchon, Brioche, Rhubarb Strawberry Jam, Pistachio, Micro Sorrel 

Paired with ~ 2016 Château Farluret Sauternes

THIRD COURSE....Chilean Sea Bass, Artichoke Soubise, Morel Mushroom, Parsley Puree, Watercress, Fennel 

Paired with ~ 2022 Château Léhoul Graves Blanc

FOURTH COURSE....Entrecôte à la Bordelaise, Dry-Aged Ribeye, Potato Fondant, Haricot Vert, Périgord Black Truffle, Bordelaise Sauce, Chives 

Paired with ~ 2018 Château Le Châtelet, St.-Émilion Grand Cru Classé

FIFTH COURSE....Roquefort Crème Brûlée, Quince Compote, Walnut Foam, Fig Honey 

Paired with ~ 2020 Château Léhoul Graves Supérieures Moelleux

Due to this type of dinner we cannot effectively deviate from the menu as written. If you have special dietary needs, the restaurant will do the best they can to accommodate them but you must let us know in advance.

We will do our very best to seat folks together. We will contact everyone a few days prior to the event to learn who wants to sit with whom. Thank you for understanding.
