Petite Filet
My group went for a bachelorette trip and the staff and food were absolutely wonderful! We will be back in December with a different group (my idea) and they are all so excited! Can't recommend the restaurant enough!
General Tso's Fried Oysters
I had the oysters as a starter and the flavors were incredible, the asian seaweed slaw and the sriracha aioli were fantastic additions to the oysters. I also had the scallops and they were delicious as well. The dessert that we chose was the s'mores brownie. It was fantastically delicious. This restaurant is outstanding, The service is fantastic and the food creations are original, and very interesting flavors. It is my favorite in Asheville!
Fried Green Tomatoes
Delicious and savory menu item, and I love that it gluten free friendly for us celiacs!
Lobster Bisque
The lobster bisque is just so delicious!
Pumpkin Quinoa Salad
Salads from Chestnut are my absolute favorite and this one did not disappoint. Full of savory flavors from the pumpkin and bacon with a hint of sweetness from the goat cheese... delicious!
Autumn Verlasso Salmon
We had the beet salad, calamari and the autumn salmon. All which where perfect. Dirty Gin martinis were also top tier. Took my friends here for a birthday when they were visiting from NJ. They had several items that they said " were mind blowingly good" I highly recommend chestnut! Can't wait to go back in a few weeks when my in laws are in town.
Cajun Biscuits & Gravy
A great brunch option. Perfect amount of spice, creamy gravy and the egg was cooked perfectly. It did not leave me feeling ready for a nap afterwards.
Petite Filet
My husband and I both had the filet last year and it was absolutely amazing. The mixed cocktails we had as well were fabulous too. We wanted to treat ourselves to a great dinner, and this was the best place ever for us. We definitely want to go again when we are in town since we live in Wilmington. However, hands down best dinner, service, and date we've ever had in Asheville. I always recommend this place to my friends and family of they're in the area.
Pecan Crusted Trout
My wife and I ate with you last week. I had the Pecan crusted Trout and she picked the Scollops in Puffed Pastry. Both dishes were Delicious as always. We have been dining with you for the last 3 years and have never been disappointed. See you soon.
Fried Green Tomatoes
A full 10 months after trying these, I still can't stop talking about them. Perfect in every way. Crispy, flavorful, delicious goodness. You won't be disappointed!
