
Here at Chestnut, our weekend brunch offers all sorts of mouth watering dishes, both classic and contemporary; from our eggs benedict using house cured Canadian bacon to our vegan hash featuring local vendor, No Evil Foods’ El Zapatista Chorizo. We also offer an array of sweets, as appetizers or desserts, whatever you’re in the mood for; Fresh baked cinnamon rolls and donuts, French toast with glazed seasonal fruit and powdered sugar…but if it’s a sonic sweetness you crave, join us every Saturday from 12 pm to 2 pm for the sounds of a local trio of artists bringing original Jazz pieces to life.
Lead by local musician and former Chestnut hand, Alex Travers, “The Low Keys” offers a mix of swing, string and bop style jazz using a guitar, violin, stand up bass and piano. With Chestnut’s wonderful, natural acoustics, there’s never a bad seat in the house to catch a set.
