If you could only have one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Anything Seafood, preferably Shellfish.
What’s the worst meal you’ve ever had?
The very first time I tried making baked Macaroni and Cheese and the recipe DID NOT say to cook the pasta first…It was extremely al dente.

A story about a favorite regular…
I have had many favorites over the years. Many of whom I am still good friends with and are now frequent guests at both Corner Kitchen and Chestnut. But my all time special regular would have to be Mr. Parker. He was a regular of mine for approximately 5+ years. He dined in the restaurant I previously managed with his wife, weekly, and then after she passed he’d come a minimum of 3 times per week. He eventually moved in to an assisted living community where they were provided meals which cut his visits down to once a week. He eventually would bring his new girlfriend and she too quickly became a favorite too. I really miss seeing Mr. Parker but if I had to guess I’d bet if I’d dine in that restaurant every night for a week I’d be sure to bump into him.
What’s the last thing you watched on TV and why did you choose to watch it?
American Ninja Warrior USA vs. World. My two boys (ages 8 & 10) are huge fans.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would it be?
Hands down…Italy
