I have worked for Chestnut for a little over a year.
What is your favorite dish at Chestnut?
My favorite dish would have to be the Creamy Vegetarian Farro Risotto.
If you could travel anywhere in the world were would it be?
I would love to travel to Thailand.
What life lessons has working in the service industry taught you?
From my time in the service industry I’ve learned that you just have to go with the flow of whatever’s happening. Even if you think you have everything planned out, a curveball can be thrown at you and you just have to be ok with it and work with it.
What has your most memorable experience with a guest been?
There’s this couple that came in every Wednesday night during the summer. Each time they came in they would ask me how my week had been and talk to me about what I wanted to do when I graduated. They were just extremely encouraging and sweet. It always made my night getting to catch up with them.
